The Dance Scholarship Trust AGM is scheduled for 11am, Saturday 12th September 2020, to be held via an online video meeting.
Given the Government’s current Staying alert and safe (Social Distancing) and Covid-19 Secure Guidance, alongside appreciations for members who may find themselves within local lockdown areas during the date of the AGM, the committee has taken the difficult decision to postpone the gathering planned for Bristol.
Members will receive details of the Zoom invite via email. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have not received this invite and wish to attend.
While we are unfortunately unable to organise a national gathering, we would be delighted if members wished to lead local gatherings outdoors over the weekend of the AGM, of no more than 30 people from upto 6 different households, in compliance with the current government guidance and laws on the date of the AGM. This would include local lockdown area guidance. If members wish to respond offering their email and their general location we shall follow with an updated email on Tuesday 2nd September with a contact list for regional volunteers who wish to organise local limited gatherings.
